Delicious. Fresh waffles in different variations from October. Whether ice cream, waffles or coffee specialties, if you don't like it here, it's your own fault! The service and the owners are friendly and up for a joke. (To the complainers: if you don't know how to behave as a customer, you shouldn't be surprised if someone points this out!)

Finally EIS again like my CHILDHOOD !! My the taste !! I ate 2 sundaes! Unfortunately, the prices are no longer the same as before. Was a de ja vue !!!! Many thanks!! We were there with 2 children, 15 and 3 and they had a lot of fun !! Super nice staff !! I would love to come back soon !!!

Very unfriendly staff and managers, we were there with the children and were treated with disrespect. We were asked to stand up for no reason. Apparently the presence of children bothers local owners. Next time I'll save myself a visit to this ice cream parlor. Under no circumstances suitable for families.

Food was delicious, you can eat the toast. The ice cream was "okay" too. Operation seemed a bit listless and rude. In itself, the ice cream parlor is nice to look at, if the service improves I would go there again, otherwise not recommended there are definitely better ones in Cologne.

The best ice cream in town. The quality is excellent. There was no saving on good ingredients. A must for every Cologne resident and visitor to Cologne.

The female waitress was always polite and the ice cream was delicious. The man behind the counter should think about whether it is beneficial for the business to tell a customer whether or not she has to watch her figure.
